Licensing Terms Policy

All research articles published in the Journal of Islamic Economics and Philanthropy (JIEP) are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

Under this license framework, readers and users are granted permission to:

• Share:Copy and redistribute the published content in any medium or format.
• Adapt:Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial uses.

Terms and Conditions:

• Attribution:Users must give appropriate credit, provide a direct link to the original CC BY-SA license, and state if any modifications were made to the text or data. Credit must be given in a reasonable manner, without implying endorsement by JIEP or the original authors.
• ShareAlike:If a user transforms, adapts, or builds upon the published work, they must distribute their contributions under the exact same license terms as the original work.
• Copyright & Rights Retention:Authors retain full copyright of their work while granting JIEP the right of first publication. Authors are permitted to deposit all versions of their published paper in institutional repositories or academic platforms with clear attribution to JIEP.
